Tickets and registration 

Tickets for the trade fair can be purchased in advance at a reduced price online or at the box office.

As usual, members of Fachverband Biogas e. V. and DLG e.V. receive free admission to the trade fair. Please have your membership card ready at the box office.

As a voucher you will receive a direct link to the ticket shop. You can use this to register for the fair for 1 day.

For online registration for the conference or trade fair, simply go to our ticket shop, where all relevant data will be requested.

At the box office, members (Fachverband Biogas and DLG) must show their membership card. Non-members can pay by credit card at the box office, the invoice will be sent later.

Tickets with personal data (e.g. with your name) are generally not transferable.

Important: As online tickets are personal and non-transferable, an official photo ID must be presented upon request in the event of an on-site check. Any barcode that has already been cancelled will be recognised as such during the electronic admission control and the ticket holder of a copied or duplicated online ticket will be denied admission.

You can purchase your fair ticket at the box office.

If you wish to cancel, please send an email to registrierungen@congresscheck.de. Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before the event. You can also nominate a substitute participant (only in writing, stating the substitute participant's email).

Yes, you will receive an exhibition ticket with QR code via e-mail, which you must show at the entrance. You will then receive a day ticket / name badge on site.

No, the ticket does not include a public transport ticket.

Various catering options are available for visitors to the fair and conference participants. Please pay attention to the signs on site.

For exhibitors, the "Bistro 9" is open directly at Hall 9 during the set-up and dismantling periods.

Currently there are no restrictions and no special access regulations.
