Exhibitor Badges

As an exhibitor, you will receive an allocation of exhibitor badges for the duration of the trade fair, depending on the size of your booked booth. You will receive login details for the ticket shop. There, you can order and manage all your admission tickets: booth staff (free allocation and additional tickets for a fee), one free conference ticket (including one evening event on December 10, 2025), guest tickets, and other ticket options for a fee.

Should you require additional exhibitor badges shortly before the trade fair, you can order them via the Exhibitor Service Portal (see Admission Tickets and Promotional Materials, Tickets for Exhibitors) or purchase them on-site. Please note that reorders via the Exhibitor Service Portal may have a longer processing time. Please also note that exhibitor badges must be personalized in advance.

 Permanent parking tickets can be purchased in the online exhibtor shop.

Parking tickets can be purchased on the last set-up day and 1st day of the trade fair from Engelhardt & Co. Parkraummanagement und Service GmbH at the ServicePartner Center (1. OG) or directly at the parking areas.

One-day parking permits can be purchased on site from our service guards.

Parking with trucks

During assembly and dismantling:

After successful loading and unloading you can park your truck at the lorry car park in the Poststraße within the opening hours.

During the opening days of the exhibition:

The permanent parking permits are only valid for cars. During the fair, trucks, trailers, vans/pick-ups, swap bodies, carvans and camper vans must not be parked on the areas designated as car parks or in the loading yards of Exhibition Centre Nuremberg or on the road called „Grosse Straße“

During the fair these vehicles can be parked on the designated truck parking areas free of charge (limited availability). Access routes to these parking areas, which are just a few minutes drive from the exhibition centre, are signposted and are also shown on the direction maps issued at the loading yards and attached to this letter.

From Saturday, 06.12.2025 until Tuesday, 09.12.2025 and from Thursday, 11.12.2025 until Friday, 12.12.2025 there is a shuttle bus to and from the truck parking areas. This shuttle service is available from 07am to 07pm. If you need the shuttle service please contact our service  guards at the gate.

The organizer is entitled to remove any vehicle parked on the car parks of the exhibition grounds or in the loading yards at 02am in the morning before the first day of the event at the vehicle owner´s or user´s cost.

The exhibitor undertakes to ensure that third party firms engaged by the exhibitor, such as trade fair service companies or forwarders, also adhere to these regulations. Please pass on the attached documents accordingly.

Timely  declaration of heavy goods

 To ensure smooth transport of heavy and bulky goods during assembly and dismantling, a timely declaration of the respective goods with the forwarding agent (ServicePartner) is mandatory.

If your exhibits exceed the dimensions of 3,00 m x 2,00 m x 2,00 m (length, width, height) or if they are heavier than 3,0 tons the declaration with the forwarding agent (ServicePartner) is mandatory at

nuernbergmesse.transit-fair.com at least 10 days in advance.

The delivery of such bulky or heavy exhibits needs to take place in the morning on the first day of assembly or in special cases during the  extended assembly times.

Specialexemption from ban on driving of trucks on Sundays and public holidays in Germany

 All trucks exceeding 7.5 t and trucks with trailers require special approval as per § 46 Para. 1 No. 7 in conjunction with § 30 Para. 3 of the German Highway Code /StVO for planned journeys between 0.00 midnight and 10.00 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays  30 Para. 4 (StVO).

Transport connections trade fair – train station – airport

Subway:

From the airport take the U2, at the main station change to the U1 (direction Langwasser-Süd). The journey time to the trade fair is approx. 20 minutes from the airport and approx. 10 minutes from the main train station.

Taxi:

By taxi the journey time from the airport to the trade fair is approx. 20 - 30 minutes, from the main train station to the trade fair approx. 15 - 20 minutes
